스타크래프트 브루드워 유즈맵 '디플로메시: 아프리카'는 2005년 아프리카 대륙을 배경으로 7개 국가가 패권을 다투는 지정학 전략 맵이다. 일반적인 전투 중심 유즈맵과 달리 외교, 동맹, 배신, 자원 관리가 핵심이며 플레이어는 각국의 지도자가 되어 군사력 증강과 외교적 수완을 병행해야 한다. 맵은 사막 타일셋 기반 256x256 대형 전장으로, 아프리카 지형을 단순화해 국가별 기지와 자원 지대를 배치했다. 트리거로 구현된 외교 시스템은 동맹 체결, 선전포고, 자원 지원 등 다양한 상호작용을 제공하며, 밀리 유닛 생산과 업그레이드도 병행된다. 승리는 타국 수도 점령 또는 전멸 조건으로 추정된다. 7인 풀방 기준 60~120분 소요되며, 초반 확장과 중반 외교 줄다리기, 후반 결전으로 흐름이 이어진다. 추천 대상은 긴 호흡의 전략 게임과 인간 관계 심리전을 즐기는 유저다. 플레이 전에는 동맹 시스템 단축키, 자원 공유 방식, 승리 조건 트리거를 숙지해야 원활한 진행이 가능하다. v2.0 버전도 존재하므로 버전 차이를 확인하고 입장하는 것이 좋다.
