Defensive structures are minimal, favoring aggressive maneuvers, and the snowy terrain limits vision, requiring active use of scouting units. Scattered neutral buildings and resource points intensify early resource competition, and controlling them grants a strategic edge later. Before playing, note that (1) spawn points are spread out, so early engagements may be delayed, (2) movement speed is reduced on snow, so plan unit routes in advance, and (3) limited resource nodes demand efficient gathering and protection.
