Matrix 8 Ways HARD InstUps는 사막 타일셋을 기반으로 한 6인용 유즈맵으로, 플레이어는 노란색과 흰색 유닛이 지정된 통로를 통과하지 못하도록 막는 입구막기 스타일의 목표를 가진 맵이다. 중심에는 좁은 통로가 놓여 있고, 그 통로를 지나는 적 유닛을 타워나 유닛으로 차단해야 한다. 하드 에디션에서는 이전 버전에서 발생하던 렉 문제를 수정하였고, 건물과 유닛 충돌 오류도 해결되어 보다 안정적인 플레이 환경을 제공한다. 게임 시작 직후에는 자원을 빠르게 모아 초기 방어 시설을 구축하고, 이어서 파도처럼 몰아치는 적 유닛에 대응해야 한다. 적 유닛은 일정한 간격으로 등장하며, 이동 경로는 예측 가능하지만 숫자와 조합이 점차 늘어나므로 순발력과 전략적 배치가 모두 요구된다. 싱글 플레이는 가능하지만, 최대 6인까지 협력하거나 경쟁하면서 각자의 방어 라인을 맡는 형태도 지원되어, 친구와의 협동 플레이 시 전략적인 역할 분담이 재미를 더한다. 난이도는 하드 표기에 맞춰perienced 유저에게 적당히 도전적이며, 초보자라도 튜토리얼 없이 바로 시작해볼 수 있는 직관적인 구조를 갖추고 있다. 플레이 전에는 통로 위치와 자원 배치를 확인하고, 초기 건설 순서를 계획하는 것이 승리의 열쇠가 된다. Matrix 8 Ways HARD InstUps is a 6-player UMS map based on the desert tileset, where the objective is to prevent yellow and white units from passing through a designated passageway, making it an entrance‑blocking style map. A narrow corridor lies at the center, and players must block enemy units moving through it using towers or their own units. The Hard Edition fixes the lag issues from the previous version and resolves building‑unit collision errors, providing a more stable playing environment. At the start, players must quickly gather resources to build initial defenses and then respond to waves of attacking units. Enemy units appear at regular intervals; while their path is predictable, their numbers and combinations increase over time, demanding both quick reflexes and strategic placement. Solo play is possible, but up to six players can cooperate or compete, each taking charge of a defense line, which adds fun through strategic role division when playing with friends. The difficulty is marked as Hard, offering a suitable challenge for experienced players while remaining intuitive enough for beginners to jump in without a tutorial. Before playing, check the passageway layout and resource distribution, and plan the initial construction order, as this is the key to victory.
