On the 128x128 Badlands tileset, the five acts of Diablo are compressed and reproduced, allowing players to choose and develop one of six unique classes: Amazon, Barbarian, Paladin, Sorceress, Necromancer, and Assassin. Supporting up to 5-player cooperative play, the core loop revolves around gaining experience through quests and monster hunting to level up and invest skill points. The implementation of item drops, set items, and runeword combinations via triggers captures the farming fun of the original. Act boss battles require pattern avoidance and damage coordination, providing tension. Due to high difficulty solo, a 4-5 player party is recommended, and since it is trigger-heavy, checking for lag on the latest patch beforehand is advised. It is a well-made map where Diablo fans can feel nostalgia and RPG use map enthusiasts can enjoy a deep growth system.
